I understand that my child is expected to behave appropriately and be respectful to KJK staff, fellow students, and parent volunteers.

I understand that registration closes on Monday, 3/9/2026. No late registrants will be accepted.

I understand that if my child is grade K-2, he/she will attend:

Week 1 of Rehearsals
- Monday, 4/20/2026 through Friday, 4/24/2026 from 3:30pm-4:30pm at Hawthorne Elementary School.
Week 2 of Rehearsals
- Wednesday, 4/29/2026 from 3:30 to 4:30pm at Westlake High School.
- Thursday, 4/30/2026 and Friday, 5/1/2026 from 3:30 to 5:45 pm at Westlake High School.

I understand that if my child is in grade 3-5, he/she will attend the two weeks of rehearsal.

Week 1 of Rehearsals: Monday, 4/20/26 through Friday, 4/24/2026 from 3:30pm to 5:45pm at Hawthorne Elementary School.
Week 2 of Rehearsals: Monday, 4/27/2026 through Friday, 5/1/2026 from 3:30pm to 5:45pm at Westlake High School.

I understand that my child must be dropped off and picked up promptly.

I understand that my child must attend rehearsals according to the rehearsal schedule set forth or they can be replaced.

Grades 3-5 only: I understand the audition process is virtual and will submit my child's casting video by Monday, 3/23/2026. My child will prepare by being familiar with or having memorized their songs and/or lines.

I understand that between casting and the first rehearsal, my child's lines are to be memorized.

I understand that upon registering, my child will be a part of the show, but not guaranteed a speaking part and/or singing solo.

I understand that if there is a canceled rehearsal due to weather or unforeseen reasons, the following 4 days of rehearsal will be extended by 15 minutes for grades 3-5. If 2 or more days are canceled, the following 4 days of rehearsal will be extended by 30 minutes for all grades.

I understand that cell phone usage and other technology is prohibited during rehearsals and performances by both students and parent/guardian volunteers.

I understand that my child is required to wear either a white t-shirt and shorts or a sleeved leotard/bathing suit/shorts underneath ALL costumes.

I agree to have my child photographed by Arts in Mount Pleasant (AMP) and the Mount Pleasant Education Foundation (MTPEF).

I understand that parents/guardians are not permitted in the rehearsal space or school building unless on the pre-approved volunteer list.

My child will attend the performance date of Saturday, 5/2 at 11am and 2pm

I understand that there is to be no contact made via phone or e-mail to KJK production staff.

I understand that there is a no-refund policy.

I agree to the terms and conditions and to pay $180.00 to MTPEF. I understand that spots are limited, and failure to pay may prevent my child from performing.
